About Ian Lockyer

Ian Lockyer was born in Ghana, educated in England, and began his business journey in South Africa at 18. With a dynamic career rooted in real estate, he has led and built top-performing agencies, earning local and international recognition, particularly through his association with global property giant RE/MAX.

Specialising in affordable housing and first-time buyers, Ian's focus has always been on accessible, ethical real estate solutions. After a brief retirement and entrepreneurial ventures, he co-founded COM LIT (Pty) Ltd in partnership with a respected law firm, blending his passion for property with his commitment to fair business practices.

Outside of work, Ian is a licensed pilot, scuba diver, and lover of the outdoors, golf, and fast bikes. Family life keeps him grounded while he continues to explore innovative business opportunities

About Jacques Van Greunen

Jacques Van Greunen earned his B Proc degree from the University of the North West and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2002. With over two decades of legal experience, he specialises in property law, debt collection, and litigation, and is qualified to appear in the High Court.

In addition to his South African credentials, Jacques is also an admitted advocate in the Republic of Rwanda. After establishing his own legal practice in 2011, he went on to co-found NVG Attorneys in 2016, continuing his commitment to excellence and integrity in legal service.
